However, if it is deemed that this has been caused by a tenant then the tenant will reimburse Robert Alan Homes for the works. It will not be charged to the landlord.
Our property management team are on hand 7 days a week on the telephone, Emails, WhatsApp, SMS to answer any questions that may arise.

As an investor or landlord condition reports are vital to your investment. We produce full reports together photographs, we also produce micro reports on any maintenance issues if it is deemed that the items have been damaged by the tenant.
