You contact us to get your free no obligation valuation, our lettings manager will arrange a mutually convenient time and date to visit your property, to discuss your requirements, time scales, and your needs and wants.
After our visit with you we will write to you with our valuation, setting out your expectations, timescales and what will need to be carried out before your home is placed on the market for letting. We will then send you our terms and conditions to read and sign.
We are members of the major property portals Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation, Nethouseprices, Gumtree etc. Robert Alan Homes also has a full SEO marketing strategy inhouse. We will also make up full glossy brochures and have your property professionally photographed.
After we are instructed and your property is placed on the open market, its realistic to say between 1-2 weeks, we then have to carry out the tenant background referencing and once this is completed the tenancy agreement is drafted and signed by the new tenants and then a move-in date is agreed
