No. Unlike our competitors we don’t take any fees up front, you only pay our fees once your property has been sold.
No. If Robert Alan Homes don’t complete the sale of your home there will be zero costs.
No. You will get a better level of service! As we are an independent estate agent who have been operating for nearly 20 years, and have experienced long standing staff who know the areas, and understand your property value and know how to sell property you can expect a higher level of service. We dont contract self employed agents to view your home like our competitors, all our staff are employed by the Company.
We are members of the major property portals Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation, Nethouseprices, Gumtree etc. Robert Alan Homes also has a full SEO marketing strategy inhouse. Put simply we can compete with the large corporates at selling your home.
No. With our competitors you will only receive the most basic listing of your home. With Robert Alan Homes you get the full package as standard and your property will be featured, where applicable, at no extra charge.
As a professional estate agent our core role is to get you the very best price on your property and we don´t need an incentive based commission to do so.
We research the market and liaise with you at the valuation stage to agree on a market price, once this has been agreed then the process will start, it’s in our interest to sell your home.
